The receptionists were masked and took good care of my dog & me. The tech gathered a thorough history, paid attention to my dog (who loved her) and Dr. Lane reviewed the dog’s history and then went through the options for treating my dog’s condition, giving very straightforward and detailed information but leaving the decision up to me. I felt very comfortable with them and I think the dog enjoyed the visit too. That says a lot!
