We just moved here and we brought our elderly pup, Marlow, in a couple of weeks ago and this morning we made the difficult decision to put her to sleep. The staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor was absolutely amazing with us and with our sweet pup. We appreciated how everyone took their time with us and really made sure that we knew what was going to happen and were so gentle with us when she passed. Sadly, this isn’t our first time going through this but it was our first time with East Roswell Vet Hospital and it was so peaceful. We cannot thank them enough especially Dr. Kim. They made such a hard day a little easier. They only saw Marlow twice but they treated her like she was their own. It is obvious how much they love the animals they take care of and how much they love what they do. I wish I could have hugged every single person we came in contact with today, especially Dr. Kim. Again, they are amazing and there aren’t enough words to express how much we appreciate the love and compassion (and overall awesomeness) we were treated with during one of the hardest days of our life.
