East Roswell Vet Hospital provides the highest quality, compassionate veterinary care to ensure your pets enjoy a long, happy, and healthy life.
Hi! My name is Laura Pujals, I am from Colombia. I have been living in Georgia for the past 8 years.
Since I was little I have always had a big love for dogs. Before working at East Roswell Vet Hospital, I was working as a groomer but I wanted to work for a company that actually cared about the well being of the animals which is how I came across Dr. Kim. I have been working at ERVH for the past two years. My favorite part of working with the ERVH family has being part of the process of helping abandoned and neglected dogs get rehabilitated with the love and care that they need so they can have a second chance in life. Also by being a resource between the Doctor and the Spanish speaking community to help their pets get the care they need. Aqui estamos para ayudarte a ti y tu mascota.
Hi! My name is Karen Stern and I am from Los Angeles California. I managed a Veterinary Hospital in West Hills California for 17 years. It was time for a change, so I moved to Beautiful Roswell Georgia in April 2012. I worked for Crossville Veterinary Hospital for 3-1/2 years and decided it was time to retire.
After being retired for 1-1/2 years, Dr. Kim offered me a great position that I could not resist!! It was actually a blessing in disguise because she rescued me from boredom. Dr. Kim is a Wonderful person with a huge heart, not to mention she is an Outstanding Vet!! I love my position with East Roswell Vet Hospital and I see a long prosperous future helping her build her Beautiful Practice.
Hi! My name is Jessica Uriz and I am usually one of the first people you meet when you come through our front door. After years working in the field of animal care before the animals were adopted as pets, I am so pleased to now work directly with the pet parents who are caring for their pets. One of my favorite things to do is educate people on proper husbandry on their exotic animals to help them live the best life possible.
Born in Maryland, raised in Florida, I came to Georgia in 2003, married and stayed. I’ve had a love for animals since I was a child. I’ve rescued many abandoned pets which is how I ended up with 7 critters at home ranging from 3 cats, 2 dogs, a bearded dragon and a hamster.
In my spare time my husband and I will be out and about seeing all the fabulous sights that Atlanta has to offer. We LOVE going to the Georgia aquarium.
Hi there! My name is Vitoria and I was born and raised in Brazil. I moved to the US in 2007, and have called Georgia my home ever since. I spent my childhood on an island, so marine life has always had a special place in my heart. Growing up, I was constantly surrounded by animals, be it at home, the beach, or country side.
I graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, but soon realized that my passion lied with veterinary medicine and animal welfare. In Athens, I volunteered at the local animal shelter, joined a cancer research lab, and trained with the UGA Equestrian Club Team.
Since graduating, I have taken some time to learn more about the veterinary field before furthering my education. I am thankful do so at ERVH where the medical staff is always eager to teach, and where there is such diversity of species. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to experience wildlife/cultures, and snuggling up to my fluffy Ragdoll, Joy.
Can’t wait to see you at ERVH!
